As a mental health counselor, my goal is to form an alliance with my clients, working together as a team to help them learn how to manage the moments and trust the journey. I believe in the use of mindfulness, breathwork and meditation as part of my therapeutic approach. My belief is that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership and that my client is at the center. I work together with my clients to educate and support them along the way while helping them to remain present and take control of their lives.
